Wizards Productions was a Jordanian game development studio founded in 2008 by Sohaib Thaib and Hussam Hammo. Pioneers in Arab online gaming, they created Operation Arabia (first 3D MMO developed locally in MENA) before closing due to the mobile gaming shift.
Closed when the industry shifted from web-based to mobile-based games, unable to adapt to changing trends.
Co-founder Hussam Hammo founded Tamatem in 2013 after 500 Startups acceleration program. Tamatem has since published 40+ games with 45M+ downloads, becoming MENA's leading mobile game publisher.
